• Search for homes and pre-select suitable objects

• View pre-selected homes with client and negotiate rental terms
• Legal examination and summary of the contract
• Registration of telephone, Internet, cable TV, electricity, etc.
• Official registrations: Residence- and work permit, public registry,   tax and health insurance card.
• Take client to the bank and help him opening an account, get   payment cards and estimate the need for private insurance,
  get quotes etc.
• Information on schools and day care facilities for the children,   visiting international schools and help with the enrolment   preparations
• Local and city sightseeing tour with consultant
• Information Meeting and Full Arrival Information
• Post Arrival services and follow-up meeting
