• Make appointment with Realtors and Landlords
• View pre-selected homes with client and negotiate rental terms
• Legal examination and English summary of the contract
• Registration electricity and gas
• Provide a telephone line, internet access, cable TV, etc.
• Residence-and Work permit, local registrations, tax and health   insurance card
• Take client to the bank and help him opening an account, get   payment cards and estimate the need for private insurance, get   quotes etc.
