Programs: Pre-Arrival

Before your actual arrival we always encourage our clients to take a Pre-Arrival Trip to Denmark - from two days to one week - depending of size of the family - to get a feeling of the country, its people and the climate.

This trip also enables us to start up the relocation process in a relaxed atmosphere. For further information please see below:


Pre-Arrival Program
• Arrange hotel booking and care hire
• Provide pick up of client/and family at the airport/station
• General information on Denmark: books, brochures, maps
• Prepare the client's personal relocation plan
• Local area sightseeing
• Make arrival preparations
• Meeting with international schools and enrolment preparations
• Organizing place for children in kindergarten
• Make appointments with real estate brokers, banks, insurance brokers, lawyers, etc.
• Inform about sports and leisure facilities
